At CAE we believe that In-House training allows us to mould people - not just to train them. Attitude, aptitude, attendance and reliability are all key words in our program.

CAE use recognised training agency to both assess and verify our trainees. From this, the top 5% will be offered permanent positions to extend their training period and increase their knowledge.

All CAE operators have a full training record that can be supplied prior to commencement of any work. This record is updated on a regular basis using our traceability system which allocates specific operators to specific tasks.

An annual review and appraisal is also held for each operator to ensure their skills remain at the highest level.
